Senator PAYMAN (Western Australia—Australia's Voice Whip) (16:14): I move: That the Senate— (a) notes that the Minister representing the Minister for Communications has failed to comply with orders for the production of documents nos 116 and 117, agreed to on 27 August 2025, relating to communications between the eSafety Commissioner and various online safety organisations; and (b) requires the Minister representing the Minister for Communications to comply with the orders by no later than 5 pm on Friday, 7 November 2025.
