Senator GALLAGHER (Australian Capital Territory—Minister for Finance, Minister for the Public Service, Minister for Women, Minister for Government Services and Manager of Government Business in the Senate) (12:51): I've been asked that a number of times through the course of the session and, indeed, we've had a vote on this already. The government is not supporting the removal of schedule 5 from the bill, and I don't agree with the assertions made by Senator Roberts.
