The PRESIDENT: Certainly. Senator PAYMAN: I move general business notice of motion No. 261: That the Senate— (a) notes that the Minister representing the Minister for Communications has failed to comply with order for the production of documents no. 184, agreed to on 28 October 2025, relating to the establishment of a Triple Zero Custodian; and (b) requires the Minister representing the Minister for Communications to comply with the order by no later than midday on 1 December 2025.
