Senator DAVID POCOCK (Australian Capital Territory—Independent ACT Whip) (14:48): Minister, noting your advice that you will not reduce ASL, can I ask how this austerity measure will make it harder for the National Gallery, say, to plug its leaky roof or for the CSIRO to handle the job cuts, which we now know are more than were lost under the Abbott government.
