Senator DARMANIN (Victoria—Deputy Government Whip in the Senate) (15:32): At the request of the Chair of the Standing Committee for the Scrutiny of Delegated Legislation, Senator O'Neill, I give notice of the intention, at the giving of notices on the next day of sitting, to withdraw business of the Senate notice of motion No. 1 for five sitting days after today proposing the disallowance of the Competition and Consumer (Notification of Acquisitions) Determination 2025, made under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
