MATTERS OF PUBLIC IMPORTANCE

The SPEAKER (16:04): I have received a letter from the honourable member for Farrer proposing that a definite matter of public importance be submitted to the House for discussion, namely: The failure of the Prime Minister to fulfil his promise to all Australians to reduce their power bills by $275 and the failure of the Minister for Climate Change and Energy, who is working part time, to deliver affordable energy for Australian households and businesses.
