Education Legislation Amendment (Integrity and Other Measures) Bill 2025

Mr CLARE (Blaxland—Minister for Education) (09:41): I move: That the amendments be agreed to. I want to thank the shadow minister for the constructive approach with which he engaged with me and my office on the Education Legislation Amendment (Integrity and Other Measures) Bill 2025. In this case, the opposition has proposed sensible amendments that have been refined in collaboration with the government to make this a better bill and provide a good example of what we can do when we work together.

I look forward to working with the shadow minister and all members of parliament to make further improvements to future legislation. With that, Merry Christmas.
