Senator WONG (South Australia—Minister for Foreign Affairs and Leader of the Government in the Senate) (09:01): I seek leave to move a motion relating to the consideration of legislation. Leave not granted. Senator WONG: Pursuant to contingent notice of motion, I move: That so much of standing orders be suspended as would prevent me moving a motion to provide for the consideration of a matter, namely a motion to allow a motion relating to consideration of legislation to be moved and determined immediately.
