Environment Protection Reform Bill 2025, National Environmental Protection Agency Bill 2025, Environment Information Australia Bill 2025, Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation (Customs Charges Imposition) Bill 2025, Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation (Excise Charges Imposition) Bill 2025, Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation (General Charges Imposition) Bill 2025, Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation (Restoration Charge Imposition) Bill 2025

Senator HANSON-YOUNG (South Australia—Manager of Australian Greens Business in the Senate) (11:27): by leave—The bills have not been reported and won't be reported. The inquiry will continue. It's important that the inquiry continues, because we have a number of regulations that have already been released, the standards both on matters of environmental significance and, of course, on the offsets, and there will be further to come.

I think it is important that this parliament scrutinises those standards, and so we want the inquiry to continue, which is why it will.
