Senator GHOSH (Western Australia) (18:08): Minister, I'd like to ask about development zones and conservation zones and to have an explanation, at a conceptual level, of how they would operate and why they're important for achieving the goals in the act relating to both faster approvals and a clearer understanding of what parts of Australia's environment will be unlikely to be approved for developmental projects.
