The TEMPORARY CHAIR ( Senator Sterle ) (18:30): It being 6.30 pm, the time allotted for consideration of the Environment Protection Reform Bill 2025 and related bills as well as nine other bills has expired. In accordance with the order agreed to this morning, I will now put the question before the chair and then put the questions on the remaining amendments.
I will first deal with the committee of the whole amendments relating to the Environment Protection Reform Bill 2025, starting with the amendments moved by Senator Ruston on sheet 3511. The CHAIR: The question is that opposition amendments (1) to (5), (7) to (9), (11) to (14), (18) and (19) on sheet 3511 be agreed to.
