In accordance with the order agreed to this morning, I will now put the question before the chair and then put the questions on the remaining amendments.

I will first deal with the committee of the whole amendments relating to the Environment Protection Reform Bill 2025, starting with the amendments moved by Senator Ruston on sheet 3511.
