Australian Greens' circulated amendment— At the end of the motion, add ", but the Senate notes that: (a) increased disclosure by the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) to provide the community with information will increase trust in the charities scheme and the ACNC as the regulator; and (b) consideration should be given to implementing the recommendations of the Treasury Review to allow information about an ongoing investigation to be disclosed where it is in the public interest or to seek information from the community to assist in a compliance investigation".
