Ms ROWLAND (Greenway—Attorney-General) (13:18): I thank the member for her contribution and appreciate the intent of her amendment. The government will not be supporting this amendment. The bill is already appropriately limited to situations where someone intends for this conduct to assist the organisation to engage in hate crimes or to support the organisation to continue to expand or exist.
