Mr BOYCE (Flynn) (14:39): My question is to the Minister for Climate Change and Energy. The Prime Minister promised that Labor's energy plan would reduce household electricity bills by $275 per year by 2025. Minister, why has this not happened, and will you apologise? Dr Chalmers interjecting— The SPEAKER: The Treasurer, until you cease interjecting, we won't hear the answer.
