Senator PAYMAN (Western Australia—Australia's Voice Whip) (16:59): I move: That the Senate— (a) notes that the Minister for Science has failed to comply with order for the production of documents no. 282, agreed on 26 November 2025, relating to the Tune review of the Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation's finances and governance; and (b) requires the Minister for Science to comply with the order by no later than midday on 9 February 2026.
