Treasury Laws Amendment (Building a Stronger and Fairer Super System) Bill 2026

Dr MULINO (Fraser—Assistant Treasurer and Minister for Financial Services) (12:57): I indicate to the House that the government undertook extensive consultation over a long period of time—multiple rounds of consultation with many stakeholders across the industry and experts—and we believe that the design of this bill best reflects all of that consultation in achieving the outlined policy goals.
