Mr WILKIE (Clark) (15:10): My question is to the Minister for Communications. It's almost three years since the Murphy report unanimously recommended a phase-out of gambling advertising. When will you be tabling the government's response to that report, and by what date will you actually legislate a ban on gambling advertising? Or is the Prime Minister continuing to block this sensible and popular reform?
