The SPEAKER (14:26): I would like to recognise a special— Mr Taylor interjecting— The SPEAKER: Order! The Leader of the Opposition, I'm trying to recognise the foreign minister of Estonia, who is visiting this country. A very warm welcome to you, and welcome to question time.

Honourable members interjecting— The SPEAKER: Order. I promised the foreign minister earlier today that he would witness democracy in action, and here you are. I'd also like to acknowledge Faye and Sam Helou, a couple who run a wonderful organisation called Days for Girls, who are represented by the member for Reid.
