Senator CASH (Western Australia—Leader of the Opposition in the Senate) (13:37): In relation to each of these agencies, what is the definition of unsatisfactory performance? You have just basically stated that the Senate there isn't one. The ministers themselves are responsible for drafting this. If that is so, will the standards be made public?
