Senator GREEN (Queensland—Assistant Minister for Tourism, Assistant Minister for Pacific Island Affairs and Assistant Minister for Northern Australia) (14:12): I do know that there was consultation undertaken with key Commonwealth stakeholders on the development of the framework, including the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, the Australian Public Service Commission, the Department of Finance and the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet.

Affected entities, including the Office of Parliamentary Counsel, were also consulted.
