The PRESIDENT: Leave is granted for one minute. Senator GALLAGHER: The government will be opposing this motion.
In response to order No. 363, the government has already sought to identify documents relevant to the new and redeveloping international ports framework review. Just because the senator was dissatisfied with the response, it does not mean she can conduct a fishing expedition, diverting significant time and resources. I also note the senator set the timeframe for the retrieval of documents to a date that has not yet passed.
