Senator HUME (Victoria—Deputy Leader of the Opposition) (14:03): I'm going to assume that Minister O'Neil is correct, Minister Wong, because I haven't had an answer from you. If that is the case and there is more fuel circulating in the economy than before the conflict, how is it that Australians right across the country are pulling up at empty browsers and being turned away?
