Senator RUSTON (South Australia—Deputy Leader of the Opposition in the Senate) (14:17): Not-for-profit home-care providers, who are already under pressure from your government's botched rollout of the Support at Home program, are now being forced to consider increasing their per-kilometre rate just to stay viable in this fuel crisis. This means older Australians will receive less care because their home-care packages simply won't stretch as far.
What is your government going to do to ensure older Australians are not priced out of the care they need because of rising fuel costs?
