Mr WILLCOX (Dawson) (14:31): My question is to the Prime Minister. The Kidney Support Network in Mackay says volunteer drivers are being forced off the road by the national fuel crisis, putting renal patients at risk of missing dialysis. Why is this Prime Minister always last to lead in a national crisis?
