Senator WONG (South Australia—Minister for Foreign Affairs and Leader of the Government in the Senate) (14:22): I will do so, but I would say from public transport to tax is quite a long— An honourable senator interjecting— Senator WONG: Well, that has never been the rule in the Senate about supplementary questions, and I'd invite you to have a look at Odgers'—but that's not up to you.
I know this is a position of the Greens political party. I certainly understand that there is a focus on this. The government will consider all of the public policy implications of many of the proposals which are being put to us prior to the budget and in the context of the budget.
