Senator DAVID POCOCK (Australian Capital Territory—Independent ACT Whip) (14:35): Minister, just to clarify, you're saying that the states will enforce your expectations and that there is no federal mechanism to enforce the expectations? I'm concerned about that because Aussies also expect things like a return on our gas but don't get it. How are you actually going to enforce them?
