QUESTIONS WITHOUT NOTICE

Senator THORPE (Victoria—Independent VIC Whip) (14:36): The Commonwealth has power under the Constitution to override Northern Territory legislation, which has been done in the past with euthanasia. We are hearing calls for another intervention against our people in the Northern Territory, but, with so many laws attacking us in the Northern Territory, isn't it time for an intervention against the racist Northern Territory government instead?
