QUESTIONS WITHOUT NOTICE

On page 178, Practice does give discretionary powers regarding question time. I'm exercising those powers. I'm just going to ask the House not to use that term.

I think it's in the best interest for both sides not to be referring to any individuals, people or parties using that term. I think it's a dangerous precedent and I think it's a dangerous area. The member for Goldstein is going to ask his question and not use that word.

That will assist the House.
