Australian Greens' circulated amendment— (1) Schedule 1, item 5, page 10 (lines 19 and 20), omit ", but section 42 (disallowance) of the Legislation Act 2003 does not apply to the instrument", substitute "and, despite anything in section 44 of the Legislation Act 2003, section 42 (disallowance) of that Act applies to the instrument".
