Senator GALLAGHER (Australian Capital Territory—Minister for Finance, Minister for the Public Service, Minister for Women, Minister for Government Services and Manager of Government Business in the Senate) (11:15): I move the following amendment: At the end of the motion, add ", and: (a) the provisions of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Amendment (Securing the NDIS for Future Generations) Bill 2026 be referred to the Community Affairs Legislation Committee for inquiry and report by 16 June 2026; and (b) the Competition and Consumer Amendment (Responding to Exceptional Circumstances) Bill 2026 not be referred to a committee.
