Senator GALLAGHER (Australian Capital Territory—Minister for Finance, Minister for the Public Service, Minister for Women, Minister for Government Services and Manager of Government Business in the Senate) (11:35): I move: That— (a) the following government business orders of the day be considered from 12.15 pm today: Export Control Amendment (Clarifying Obligations Relating to Registered Establishments) Bill 2026 Treasury Laws Amendment (The Survivors Law) Bill 2026 (subject to introduction) Customs Legislation Amendment (False Trade Marks Infringement Notices) Bill 2026 Public and Educational Lending Rights (Better Income for Authors) Bill 2026 and a related bill (subject to introduction); (b) government business then be called on and considered till not later than 1.30 pm; and (c) general business notice of motion no. 510 standing in the name of Senator Chandler, relating to the 2026-27 Budget, be considered during general business today.
