Senator DAVID POCOCK (Australian Capital Territory—Independent ACT Whip) (11:46): I move: That the Senate directs the Legal and Constitutional Affairs Legislation Committee to publish answers to questions on notice relating to sponsored passes for Parliament House asked by Senator David Pocock during the committee's inquiry into the provisions of the Freedom of Information Amendment Bill 2025, unless the witness answering the question requested that the answer be kept confidential.
