QUESTIONS WITHOUT NOTICE

Mr ALBANESE (Grayndler—Prime Minister) (14:25): We've made it very clear that there are exemptions for vulnerable people. That was there in the budget announcement on the Tuesday night. What the constituent from Brisbane shouldn't have to put up with is people promoting something in order to try to secure political advantage by scaring vulnerable people.
