DISTINGUISHED VISITORS

The SPEAKER (14:15): I'm pleased to inform the House that present in the gallery today are Mr Chris Quealy and Mary de Vay visiting from the Blue Mountains as guests of the member for Macquarie. Also in the Speaker's gallery today is Mrs Josephine O'Brien, who lost her husband, who is the nephew of the member for Kennedy, to leukaemia. With Josephine and her family is Rochelle Akhavan, who also lost her husband to leukaemia.

They are here today in anticipation of World Blood Cancer Day tomorrow and are working to increase Australian stem cell donor registrations in support of this important cause. Welcome to question time. Honourable members: Hear, hear!
