The SPEAKER (15:20): I have received a letter from the honourable Leader of the Opposition proposing that a definite matter of public importance be submitted to the House for discussion, namely: The Government's refusal to be honest with Australians about their plans for new toxic taxes at the last election. I call upon those honourable members who approve of the proposed discussion to rise in their places.
