The SPEAKER (14:23): Before I call the member for Warringah, I'll just do some acknowledgements briefly. I'm pleased to welcome in the distinguished visitors gallery today Her Excellency Mrs Sarojini Seeneevassen, the High Commissioner of Mauritius to Australia, and Her Excellency Ms Doris Adzo Denyo Brese, the High Commissioner of the Republic of Ghana to Australia.
