QUESTIONS WITHOUT NOTICE

Dr WEBSTER (Mallee) (14:37): My question is to the Minister for Housing. Does the minister count detached granny flats towards Labor's housing targets? If so, why won't Labor allow Australians who build them to access negative gearing? Isn't this just another example of Labor making up the rules as it goes, with toxic taxes that will mean fewer homes and higher rents?
