Senator ASKEW (Tasmania—Chief Opposition Whip in the Senate) (15:39): At the request of Senator Kovacic, I move: That there be laid on the table by the Minister representing the Minister for Climate Change and Energy, by no later than midday on Wednesday, 1 July 2026, any briefings, documents, files, notes, correspondence, emails or advice exchanged between the office of the Minister for Industry and Innovation and the office of the Minister for Climate Change and Energy that concern Australia's carbon leakage review, during March 2025, July 2025, January 2026 and February 2026.
