Senator ASKEW (Tasmania—Chief Opposition Whip in the Senate) (15:40): At the request of Senator Kovacic, I move: That there be laid on the table by the Minister representing the Minister for Climate Change and Energy, by no later than midday on 1 July 2026, any briefings, documents, files, notes, correspondence, emails or advice provided by the Clean Energy Regulator to the minister or the minister's office that concern the operation of the Cheaper Home Batteries Program in the months of July and August 2025 and February 2026, respectively.
