Senator KOVACIC (New South Wales) (14:54): Minister, isn't this exactly what Australians fear from Labor and the Greens: a tax that reaches into family inheritances, a quasi-death tax, and people having to put a price tag on wedding rings and family heirlooms, leaving ordinary Australians paying accountants and valuers to deal with property that has been in their family for decades?
