Workplace Relations Legislation Amendment (Building Cooperative Workplaces No. 1) Bill 2026

Ms RISHWORTH (Kingston—Minister for Employment and Workplace Relations) (12:09): I move: That the amendments be agreed to. The amendments are a sensible reform to Labor's intractable bargaining reforms to ensure they operate as intended, to ensure mandatory terms included in workplace determinations are not less favourable than the corresponding terms in the previous enterprise agreement, and I commend the amendments to the House.
