QUESTIONS WITHOUT NOTICE

Mr TAYLOR (Hume—Leader of the Opposition) (14:47): My question is to the Prime Minister. Labor's toxic taxes are tanking the housing market. Housing data released today shows house prices have already fallen further than Treasury predicted, around three per cent in Sydney and Melbourne over the last quarter.

HSBC and Morgan Stanley predict further falls of eight to 10 per cent. Will the Prime Minister guarantee house prices won't fall any further?
