Senator SHOEBRIDGE (New South Wales) (11:39): I move: That the Senate orders the Minister representing the Attorney-General to provide the Parliamentary Joint Committee on the National Anti-Corruption Commission, as part of its consideration of approval of the minister's proposed recommendation for the appointment of the National Anti-Corruption Commissioner or a Deputy Commissioner under section 178 of the National Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2022, with all primary documentation relevant to applications for the position of Commissioner or Deputy Commissioner, any review of the applications by the Attorney-General's Department, any panel undertaking assessments or conducting interviews, or the Attorney-General.

The PRESIDENT: The question is that general business notice of motion No. 555, standing in the name of Senator Shoebridge, be agreed to.
