The SPEAKER (14:19): I'm pleased to inform the House that present in the special visitors gallery today is Honorary Professor Gabrielle Persley AM, who was presented with the Crawford Fund for Food Security medal last night at Parliament House in recognition of her exceptional contribution to international agricultural research and development for over five decades.

I'm pleased to acknowledge Councillor Jim Memeti from the City of Greater Dandenong council and the Hon. Dr Kay Patterson AO, former senator for Victoria and minister. Welcome to you all.
