NOTICES

Senator HANSON-YOUNG (South Australia—Manager of Australian Greens Business in the Senate) (15:34): I give notice that, on the next day of sitting, I will introduce a private senator's bill to remove the stoppage of voluntary assisted dying via a carriage service. This is a law that needs to change. It is keeping people suffering unnecessarily.

I will put forward this private senator's bill, and I hope that people across all sides of this chamber can use their own minds and their own hearts and act with compassion.
