Senator KOVACIC (New South Wales) (15:50): At the request of Senator Bragg, I move: That there be laid on the table by the Minister representing the Treasurer, by no later than midday on Friday, 14 August 2026, all correspondence, emails or other forms of written communication produced since 1 October 2025, including any attachments, sent to, by or within the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority in relation to the impact of the Government's 5% deposit scheme on the prudential assessment of high loan-to-value ratio lending risk.
