You can read it. It relates to a number of different ways that the authorisation is designed to be flexible. I can take you through those provisions.

They're in proposed 31A, 'Authorisation of persons in cases of conflict of interest': (3) Without limiting subsection (2), an authorisation may authorise a person to perform a function or exercise a power: (a) in relation to specified proceedings; or (b) in relation to specified acts or omissions; or (c) in specified circumstances.
