Senator O'NEILL (New South Wales) (11:36): On behalf of the Standing Committee for the Scrutiny of Delegated Legislation, I give notice of my intention, at the giving of notices on the next day of sitting, to amend business of the Senate notice of motion No. 1 for nine sitting days after today, proposing the disallowance of the Air Navigation Regulations 2026 so that the notice relates only to sections 28 and 29 of the regulations.

By giving notice of the committee's intention to amend the disallowance notice, this provides the opportunity for any other senator who so wishes to take over the remainder of the notice of motion for disallowance, consistent with standing order 78.
