Senator KOVACIC (New South Wales) (11:52): At the request of Senator Colbeck, I move: That there be laid on the table by the Minister representing the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, by no later than midday on Tuesday, 18 August 2026, any document, message or text messages held in relation to the agricultural assessment conducted in connection with the granting of access to the Australian Carbon Credit Unit Scheme of 9000 ha of radiata pine plantations on the property known as Rushy Lagoon in north-east Tasmania.
