I don't have in front of me, going back to the establishment of the DPP, where there have been conflicts of interest. What I can say to you is that I've been through, with you and Senator Cash, the current arrangements that are in place that would require the DPP to take leave.

There is no conflict that has been currently recognised for that to occur, but, if it were to occur, that's the process that would be followed.
